Registration Form
  1. Use Tab Key to Jump to New Column in the Online Application Form.

  2. Keep Ready the Demand Draft/Pay Order of Amount mentioned in the Advertisement. Demand Draft No., Date and Name of Bank is required in the Online Application Form;

  3. Separate Application Form and Demand Draft is required for each post;

  4. After Filling up the Form, Click on "Preview" Button, if you are satisfied with all the filled-up details then Press "Submit" Button else on "Go Back" Button; After Pressing the "Submit" Button, you will not be able to Edit the Form.

  5. After Submission of the Online Form, there will be an automatic generated Registration Number, you immediately Note Down that Registration Number;

  6. On the same page there will be a "Print Application Form" Button, By Pressing the same, You take the Printout and send the Printed Application Form along with Demand Draft/Pay Order/ attested photocopies of qualifications, experience etc. by speed post to :  The Director,Pandit Deen Dayal Uphadhyaya Institute For the Physically Handicapped, 4 .Vishnu Digamber Marg New Delhi - 110002.

  7. The Application will be received primarily mode only latest by 5.00 PM of 19.05.2015 subsequently the printed application form of online submitted application along with its enclosures including demand draft its original should reach latest by 26.06.2015 (by 01.06.2015 from northeast states and J &K).

  8. Please ensure that a Printer is Ready with the computer on which the form is being filled-up online;

  9. In case due to some technical problem, after submitting the Online Application Form, you are not able to take the printout, you just go to Duplicate Print Application Form Button and fill your Registration No., Name and Date of Birth to take the print out.

  10. * Reservation Benefit Like SC/ST/OBC will be admissible only in case of Caste Certificate Issued by the Competent Authority of Govt.
